* abbrevs.texi (Abbrevs): Add xref to Creating Symbols when
obarrays are first mentioned.  Define "system abbrev" more
prominently, and add it to the index.
(Abbrev Mode, Abbrev Tables, Defining Abbrevs, Abbrev Properties):
Copyedits.
(Abbrev Expansion): Document abbrev-insert.
